VEKA plc made a successful debut at the Fensterbau exhibition in Nuremburg, with a stand alongside parent company VEKA AG’s massive 902sqm presence.

The German show attracted around 100,000 visitors, giving VEKA plc an opportunity to showcase product innovations from the UK to a large audience, where they attracted a great deal of attention.

Colin Torley, Sales and Marketing Director at VEKA, says “The exhibition was very beneficial and we came away with many leads to follow up. The products we displayed on the stand attracted lots of interest and our Vertical Slider was undoubtedly the star of the show, although the Fully Reversible was also very well received. One of the benefits of attending a huge exhibition such as this, is the opportunity to tap into new markets; we received numerous enquiries about The VEKA Composite Door System, as composite doors are not as widely marketed in other European countries. 

“It was good to see some of our customers and other British visitors at the show, but we would advise even more to attend next year. Fensterbau is at least twice as big as anything we have in the UK and provides the ideal platform to showcase to, and learn from, some of the world's biggest industry names.”
