Paul Harvey has joined the team at VEKA in the role of Customer Service Manager.
With a post graduate qualification in management and over 30 years experience in customer care, he is well prepared for the challenges his new position will involve.
Paul is recognised as an expert in customer service, having occupied a managerial role in a varied range of blue chip companies in sectors such as Banking, the care industry, retail and wholesale mail order, business services and manufacturing.
Within his role at VEKA, Paul is keen to maintain and even improve the high standards of client satisfaction for which VEKA is renowned; “I want to take a special interest in our customers to ensure that their experience of VEKA is one of exceptional quality products with industry-leading customer care to match. My primary aims are to build on the reputation and service systems that we already have in place, while further increasing the focus on customer satisfaction. We will be striving to ensure effective and timely responses to all enquiries.
