Paramount and Grosvenor lead with their strengths

Long-standing VEKA customers Paramount and Grosvenor - who successfully joined forces in August 2008 - have made the decision to re-focus their operations in order to specialise the brands in different sectors.

The companies have demonstrated an unrelenting commitment to outstanding service since they merged to form the Etiam Group, including winning the coveted Network VEKA customer satisfaction award for two years running.

After much discussion, it has been decided that Paramount will work with all commercial clients, while Grosvenor will continue to concentrate on domestic installations. It will allow each brand to be more customer-focussed and provide the best possible service. Both will continue to use high-spec PVC-U profile from VEKA and the change will not affect any existing guarantees.

Sales and Marketing Manager Barry Hurst explains: “Rather than each sales arm trying to be 'all things to all people', we've decided it makes far more sense for Paramount and Grosvenor to evolve in a more specialised way and concentrate on what comes naturally to each. It will mean even better service for all our clients.”

As part of its re-launch, Grosvenor, has also unveiled a stunning new range of orangeries, the roofs of which can be used to update existing orangeries and conservatories without having to undertake a whole new build.

The new range is on display at Bents Garden Centre and at the Group's HQ in Horwich.
