Industry-leading PVC-U system supplier and major local employer VEKA plc has once again demonstrated its commitment to helping the local community, with a generous donation to Pendleside Hospice.

Pendleside has been VEKA's charity of choice for the first six months of this year and the big-hearted company has raised an impressive ￡3,050 for the cause.
Gabriela Hammond, VEKA's Human Resources Manager explains: “The fundraising so far this year has taken several varied forms including; company funded donations, charity lunch days and a group of us from VEKA who took part in the Manchester 10k on behalf of the Hospice.

“We know how hard the staff work at Pendleside, and how much valuable support they provide to those who really need it, so we are delighted to be able to help in this way.”
