When Fareham window, door and conservatory manufacturer Clear Vision started trading last year, they chose industry-leading VEKA as their system supplier and one year on, the company has gone from strength to strength.
Over the last 12 months the company has continued to attract new customers, both trade and domestic, on a weekly basis, which Sally Skinner, Director of the family-run company explains, has been really encouraging: “We are gradually getting stronger and busier as the word spreads throughout the industry.
“Providing a superb service to all our customers, not just in manufacturing the products but also in the attention to the fine detail and finish has allowed us to give our customers more than just quality windows and doors.”
Minor survey errors, cut downs and remakes free of charge within reason – excluding glass and a free on-site skip provides easy disposal of trade waste. The company also offers technical and aftersales support where needed.
Domestic customers can now visit the company's conservatory showroom, including a demonstration of Bi-fold doors, and visitors to the factory can watch their new windows being made from a special viewing gallery.
Having formed a strong partnership with VEKA from the start is something which Sally believes has helped them grow: “I have no doubt that our partnership with VEKA has played a significant part in our first year of success. It has enabled us to join Network VEKA, which has given us additional selling power thanks to its peace of mind guarantees and the reassurance of its Assure scheme.”
Sharing the same ethos of quality, service and standards, the Clear Vision aim is, well...clear. Sally concludes: Our main focus was and still is to provide our customers with the very best levels of customer service and standards, first time, every time.”
