As part of a wider refurbishment programme across the Travelodge hotel portfolio, Silent View Windows Commercial Ltd were commissioned to replace 120 windows at the Travelodge Manchester Riverside hotel.

Located in Manchester city centre, close to major roads and pedestrian routes, the site experiences high levels of external noise and foot traffic. The project required window systems suitable for a live hospitality environment, capable of supporting improved thermal and acoustic performance while maintaining the building’s existing appearance and minimising disruption to hotel operations.

Project Outcome

The replacement of all 120 windows was completed within the agreed programme. The refurbished window systems contribute to improved internal comfort conditions for guests and support Travelodge’s wider objectives relating to energy efficiency and building performance, while delivering an updated external appearance aligned with brand standards.
