The youth of today are the future of tomorrow. We recognise that to remain the industry leader, investment in our young people matters.
Since 1994, we have offered apprenticeships, initially starting with engineering schemes and now extended to other areas of the business including IT, HR and Purchasing.
Apprenticeships are a great way to kickstart a career, and the only limits are those that you set on yourself. Our current MD started off his working life as a VEKA apprentice, so the sky truly is the limit.
